Wedge Salad - A wedge of iceberg lettuce with

Wurstsalad - Thinly sliced cervela sausage with
our own special dressing on a bed of lettuce. Complemented with
cheese and bread.
Stube Salad - Tossed mixed greens with our house
vinaigrette. Can be served with choice of Grilled Chicken, Grilled
Pork Tenderloin, Grilled Portabello, Flank Steak or Grilled

Meat Market.
Kalberwurst - Mild veal sausage, a traditional
favorite of the Anderegg family.
Geschnetzelets "Stube Style" - Tender
veal slices sauteed with white wine, cream and mushrooms.
Swiss Meatballs - Two large meatballs, a delicious
blend of veal, pork and beef in a tomato mushroom gravy.
Bratwurst Dinner - Veal sausage made exclusively for us by Hoesly Meats served with our
delicious onion gravy.
Vegetarian Sampler - Sauteed vegetables, portabello
muchrooms and pickled red cabbage.
Pastetli - Slices of veal, pork and chicken, flavored with a delicate mixture of herbs and cooked with wine, cream and mushrooms,=. Served in a puff pastry shell.
