Cheese Curds - Beer battered and deep fried.

Roasted Red Peppers - Sweet red peppers marinated in olive oil and garlic.

Schubling - Mildly spiced beef sausage made by Ruef's Meat Market.

Shrimp Cocktail - Six large shrimp served with cocktail sauce.

Gary's Bowl of Beef - Fondued beed sirloin served with horseradish sauce.

Salads

Mixed Greens Salad

Wedge Salad - A wedge of iceberg lettuce with French dressing and crumbly bleu cheese, red onions, tomatoes and croutons.

Wurstsalad - Thinly sliced cervela sausage with our own special dressing on a bed of lettuce. Complemented with cheese and bread.

Stube Salad - Tossed mixed greens with our house vinaigrette. Can be served with choice of Grilled Chicken, Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Grilled Portabello, Flank Steak or Grilled Shrimp.

Swiss Favorites
All Swiss Favorites include bread, vegetable, and choice of potato (Roesti, Roasted mashed, French fries, Baked or German potato salad).

Wiener Schnitzel - Veal cutlets, breaded and pan fried.

Schublig - Mild spiced beef sausage made by Ruef's Meat Market.

Kalberwurst - Mild veal sausage, a traditional favorite of the Anderegg family.

Geschnetzelets "Stube Style" - Tender veal slices sauteed with white wine, cream and mushrooms.

Swiss Meatballs - Two large meatballs, a delicious blend of veal, pork and beef in a tomato mushroom gravy.

Bratwurst Dinner - Veal sausage made exclusively for us by Hoesly Meats served with our delicious onion gravy.

Vegetarian Sampler - Sauteed vegetables, portabello muchrooms and pickled red cabbage.

Pastetli - Slices of veal, pork and chicken, flavored with a delicate mixture of herbs and cooked with wine, cream and mushrooms,=. Served in a puff pastry shell.

Tasty Sandwiches
Alll sandwiches are served with choice of soup, French fries, German potato salad, red cabbage or coleslaw. Substitutions subject to additional charge.

1/2-lb. Grilled Hamburger - Served on a ciabatta roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle. Additional charge for cheese and bacon.

Center Cut Strip Steak Sandwich -Served on a ciabatta roll with bleu cheese and bacon mayo on the side..

Flank Steak Sandwich - Marinated with olive oil, lemon and garlic. Served on a hoagie roll.

Bratwurst Sandwich - Sauerkraut added for an additional charge.

Perch Fillet Sandwich - Lake perch, pan-fried and topped with Swiss cheese.

Pork Schnitzel Sandwich - Grilled pork tenderloin with sauteed onions and herb butter, served on a hoagie roll.

Reuben Sandwich - Grilled corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on marble rye bread.

Chicken Breast Sandswich - Choose cajun, breaded and golden friend or grilled.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich - Swiss, cheddar, or American on marble rye.

Turkey Melt Sandwich - Grilled turkey with tomato and melted cheddar cheese on sourdough bread.

Portabello Sandwich - Grilled portabello mushroom topped with cheddar cheese.

BLT - Fresh, crisp bacon, lettuce and tomato on sourdough.

Steaks and Chops
All Dinners include bread, choice or soup or salad, vegetable, and choice of potato (Roesti, Roasted mashed, French fries, Baked or German potato salad).

New York Strip 16 oz. - Gary's favorite cut. Grilled to perfection.

Grilled 12 oz. Beef Tenderloin - Grilled to perfection.

Veal 14 oz. Chop

Dry-Aged Ribeye Steak - We naturally age our ribeyes for 28 days to insure the most flavorful and tender steak you've ever eaten. 10 oz. Boneless or 22 oz. Bone-in.

Grilled 14 oz. Porterhouse Pork Chop - Juicy center cut chops.

Steak and Chop Combos and Sides - add shirimp (fried or grilled), scallops, peppercorn sauce and/or mushrooms and onion to any of the above for an additional charge.
